Kyle’s home is kept in such great condition and was the perfect place for a guys weekend. We spent hours out by the river and hitting golf balls at the green. Tons of bedrooms and all great. The basement with the game room and the theater was incredible. Short drive to Lincoln and even shorter for great skiing and hiking.

Kyle’s place was the perfect place for our extended family get together! Would absolutely stay again. Highlights include endless activities, comfortable beds, and proximity to so many fun adventures.

Couldn’t have been happier for a weekend away in Woodstock with some friends. Not far from activities, but also an easy place to just want to stay in. The golf hole on property was a blast, the movie theatre was great, the hot tub was toasty, and the property overall was just fun to hang around. Would love to stay here again someday.

New England colonial charm meets high end interior design, appropriately matching the vibe of the property. From great-grandchildren to great-grandparents and ages in between, the house and the guest house were a perfect fit. From a home theatre to indoor and outdoor games, a hot tub, fire pit, and the pond with kayaks to the cold river bordering the property, everything was right there on site.

We had a great stay and enjoyed all of the activities on the property. From the large backyard, nearby trails, golf range, and pond to the indoor game room with pool, shuffleboard, poker, and a movie theater, there was plenty to do onsite. The house and guest house are larger than I expected from photos. Would 100% stay again!

Wow, what a great place. A slice of heaven. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a getaway. The house was fantastic with plenty of space and room for activities. The backyard is immaculate, the deck, the pond, the river. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy beautiful summer nights. Would highly recommend for a group that is looking for a cozy escape.

This place was absolutely stunning and better than the photos. We always do a big family trip in the summer with people of all ages and this property accommodated everyone’s needs comfortably. The attention to detail in the house was very appreciated and the interior design is top notch. Kyle was extremely responsive and always checking in. We will be back!

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect. A short drive to Loon, the Ice Castles, and downtown, but still quiet and peaceful. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It worked really well for our large group with kids. Kyle was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish.

This place truly felt like a winter wonderland. We got the exact weather we wanted with a beautiful blanket of snow over the big open yard that made the whole stay feel peaceful and secluded, yet it was only about a 10 minute drive to Loon Mountain. The house was clean and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax with the pool table, arcade, and movie theater after being out in the cold.

Great house with lots of bedrooms and awesome theater and game room. Great for a family trip and close to Lincoln and the ski area! Kyle was easy to communicate with and check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here in the future.
